The first step toward working with me is to complete a complimentary new-client application. All consultations are conducted virtually through telehealth.

At the Immune Restoration Center, I work with a limited number of clients each year so I can provide highly personalized care and attention. My goal is to help identify the factors contributing to your health concerns and create a clear, individualized plan to improve your health.

I primarily work with thyroid disorders, Long COVID, chronic fatigue, gut disorders, mold illness, autoimmune disease, hormone imbalances, and chronic infections. I take the time to listen to your story and guide you step by step through your care.

I keep my pricing simple and transparent:

• Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes): $550
  A detailed review of your health history, current symptoms, and goals. We’ll outline a strategy for testing and the next steps in your healing plan.
• Second Consultation (45 minutes): $375
  A dedicated session to review your lab results and begin your personalized treatment plan.
• Follow-Up Consultations (30 minutes): $250
  Ongoing visits to track your progress, adjust your treatment, and ensure you stay on course.

Laboratory testing and supplements are additional and tailored to each individual’s needs.

What to Expect

Healing takes time. While every client is unique, many clients benefit from monthly follow-ups during the first six months, with visits becoming less frequent as they improve. Some begin to feel better quickly, while others need longer-term care—this is normal with complex conditions.

Throughout your care, you’ll receive:

• Evidence-based supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations
• Secure messaging through the client portal for questions between visits

Laboratory Testing

Dr. Hedberg uses blood, stool, urine, and saliva testing to identify root causes of your illness. Some clients do not require any lab tests, and Dr. Hedberg will utilize any lab tests you have done previously.

How Does the New Client Process Work?

Becoming a client begins with a complimentary review of your health information. There is no charge to apply.

2. Complete the health questionnaire.
Tell Dr. Hedberg about your primary health concerns, history, goals, and what you are looking for help with.

3. Dr. Hedberg personally reviews your information.
Your questionnaire is reviewed to determine whether your case and needs are a good fit for the practice.

4. You’ll receive an email with the next step.
If the practice is a good fit, you’ll receive instructions for completing the remaining new-client forms and scheduling your first consultation.

If another type of care would be more appropriate, we’ll let you know and, whenever possible, provide resources to help you find the right practitioner.

FAQ

Do you accept insurance?
No. All consultations, labs, and supplements are self-pay. However, many clients can use HSA or FSA funds for these expenses.

How do I know if I’m a good fit for your practice?
If you’ve struggled with persistent health challenges that haven’t improved with standard approaches and you’re interested in a structured, collaborative functional medicine approach, your case may be a good fit. Dr. Hedberg personally reviews every prospective client’s questionnaire before accepting the case.

What is your communication policy?
All communication outside of consultations is handled through the secure client portal. I personally respond to messages within 1–2 business days.

Can Dr. Hedberg prescribe medications?
No. Dr. Hedberg does not prescribe medications. You should continue working with your primary care physician or other prescribing healthcare providers for medication management.

How much should I expect to spend on laboratory testing?
Laboratory testing is individualized. Some clients require little or no additional testing, while others may benefit from more comprehensive testing. Dr. Hedberg will discuss recommended testing and associated costs with you before it is ordered. When testing is recommended, most clients can expect costs of approximately $100–$900, although this varies based on individual needs.

Do I need to stop seeing my current doctors?
No. Functional medicine care at the Immune Restoration Center is designed to complement, not replace, appropriate primary and specialty medical care.

Can I speak with Dr. Hedberg before applying?
Because Dr. Hedberg personally reviews every prospective client’s health questionnaire, complimentary introductory phone consultations are not offered. The best way to determine whether the practice is right for you is to complete the complimentary application and health questionnaire.
